After that match, Brazil national team manager Carlo Ancelotti said he would prioritize giving opportunities to new and young players. This was the manager’s plan for future squad management, and it does not mean that this 4-2 victory confirms the success of that plan. However, Bruno Guimarães, Vinícius Júnior, and other established-level players started the second match, and Brazil finished the two friendlies with a victory after drawing the first.
