“General sales on September 2” is not enough information
The presale began at noon on September 1 on Ingresse. Eligibility was limited to customers using Mercado Pago credit cards. Since both Omelete and Capricho reported this condition, it should be distinguished from general sales for the public.
The starting time for general sales varies by city. According to Capricho, sales for Belém and Recife begin at noon on September 2, while sales for Belo Horizonte and Brasília begin at 6 p.m. on the same day. Even though it is September 2 in both cases, the time at which you need to access the platform differs depending on which city’s tickets you are seeking.
The next sales will follow. Campinas is scheduled for noon on September 3, while Curitiba and São Paulo are scheduled for 6 p.m. on September 3. G1’s report that general sales would take place on September 2 shows the start of the overall schedule, but the actual city-by-city timetable is divided more finely, as detailed by Capricho.
In this announcement, Ingresse is the online sales channel for the concert tickets. However, the fact that the platform’s name appears does not mean that tickets for all eight concerts will become available simultaneously. The structure requires you to choose your desired city first and then match it with the sales phase and time for that city.
Only the Rio de Janeiro concert date has been set
The Rio de Janeiro concert is scheduled for January 24. However, in the sales table presented by Capricho, the ticket-sale date for Rio de Janeiro was not yet determined. This means that the concert itself has not been omitted; rather, the detailed schedule for when tickets can be purchased has not yet been provided.
The existence of timetables for other cities does not mean that a sales time for Rio de Janeiro has already been set in the same way. In particular, the city-specific information for September 2 or 3 should not be applied directly to Rio de Janeiro.
